This BC Housing funded and Turning Points operated affordable housing project comprises of 68 - 1,2 and 3 bedroom units and is currently under construction. The project is located within the Glenmore neighbourhood along a multiuse trail and close to amenities. Tenants will truly be able to bike to work and walk to a grocery store. Features include a collective veggie garden and rooftop deck to ensure connection with neighbours. At the public hearing community members came out in support of this project, exemplifying an inclusive and dynamic neighbourhood.8
